By downloading, installing, or using Payday, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Payday provides tools for personal productivity, organization, and iCloud-based sync. Features may evolve over time.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Payday for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes, including interference with app/service operations.

3. Accounts and Payment

Paid features/subscriptions (if any) are subject to in-app pricing and purchase terms. Unless required by law, paid fees are generally non-refundable.

4. iCloud Sync Notice

Some functionality relies on Apple iCloud. Sync availability and performance may be affected by Apple services, network conditions, and device/account settings.

5. User Content

You are responsible for content you create/manage in Payday. Do not store unlawful or infringing content.

6. Service Changes and Interruption

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, legal compliance, third-party dependency changes, or other reasonable causes.

7. Disclaimer

Payday is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor perfect sync timeliness/completeness.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, branding, UI, and related materials are owned by the developer or rights holders. No unauthorized copying, distribution, reverse engineering, or resale.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
